The idea of psychic wars is a bit far fetched, but it's worth dissecting it for any insights it might offer.
Warlike mentality does not suit a psychic. Death, change, and conflict are by all means important concepts for a psychic to see, understand and use. However, strife and 'us against them' kind of thinking blurs psychic vision.
Most people envision psychic wars something like a war of superheroes - ordinary humans with ordinary ways of thinking who just happened to acquire extra powers. This is not so.
A psychic gains psychic powers by inner, personal development. It is the psychic who expands his/her identity; psychic powers are not simply granted from 'elsewhere'. Personal development increases not only psychic powers, but also personal responsibility.
The terms 'psychic' and 'wars' do not mix well together.
